Ameriana's HomeRetain is a new program for homeowners suffering from higher mortgage payments due to resetting adjustable rate mortgages or increases in property taxes.  To avoid mortgage delinquency or foreclosure, consider refinancing your existing mortgage.  Specifics about the program include:

  • Available in Henry, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Madison and Shelby counties
  • Program restrictions may apply
