Ameriana Bank - Do Not Call Policy

 It is the policy of Ameriana Bank, SB to comply with the requirements of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991, the Junk Fax Law and related Indiana Code regarding the telephone solicitation of consumers as referenced above.  It is not the practice of Ameriana Bank, or its associates, to initiate telephone solicitation calls to consumers.

If any Ameriana Bank associate receive a request from a residential telephone subscriber to be promptly placed on the Bank's "Do Not Call" list, the name will be placed on the Bank's "Do Not Call" list by the Compliance Department within thirty (30) calendar days after receiving the request.  A residential telephone subscriber's request to be placed on the Bank's "Do Not Call" list shall be honored for at least five years.

Bank associates shall make a printed copy of the Board approved Do Not Call policy available to any member of the public within a reasonable time upon demand.
