Michelle has been part of the Ameriana team since 1998, specializing in commercial lending for the past five years. Her experience in titling, escrow, surveying and commercial construction lending help her fully understand her customers' needs. Michelle is involved with several organizations, including National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and Indy CREW. She is the First Vice President and Secretary for the Hancock County Builders Council, a past Board Member and 14 year Ambassador for the Greenfield Chamber of Commerce and a founding Board Member of the Greenfield BNI Chapter. Jim is located in Ameriana's Carmel Lending location and has been in banking since 1977, focusing on commercial lending for the past 25 years. His experience has given him unique insight into the underwriting and documentation processes for a wide range of commercial projects, which include retail, multi-family, manufacturing, land development, residential construction and special purpose projects. He is a member of the Fishers Chamber of Commerce and participates in Hamilton South Eastern High School's "Academy of Finance," is on HSE's Advisory Board, has served on HSE's Board of Directors for five years and represents HSE on the State Board of Advisors. Jeff
joined Ameriana in 2004, after more than twenty years in banking working in every position from Teller to Banking Center Manager. As a Manager, he recognized the specialized needs of our business customers and played an important role in the development of our Cash Management Department. Jeff serves as a Board Member for the Hancock Economic Development Council and is involved with the Hancock County United Way Advisory Board.
