Customer Care Representative

Qualifications:  Two years' banking experience; proven ability to sell and cross-sell Bank products and services; must be able to handle large volume of calls while providing excellent customer service; self-motivated and strong in customer conversations; listening skills; attention to detail; multi-tasking skills; troubleshooting abilities; a fierce drive to succeed and a genuine passion for helping customers.

Responsibilities:  Handling customers' transactions; assisting prospective clients in selecting the appropriate products and services to fit their financial goals and lifestyle; completing loan applications; opening new accounts, which requires the careful handling of required forms and records; troubleshooting of Bank products and services; support and educate banking center associates.
