This position provides overall strategic HR leadership to the Company. Administers, directs and implements Human Resources policies, programs and services; including recruitment, selection, retention, employee career pathing, legal compliance, payroll administration, budget planning, employee benefits, employee relations and employment practices and procedures. Reports directly to the President and CEO and is on the Senior Leadership Council of the organization.
This position will be located at our headquarters in New Castle, Indiana, a 45-minute commute from the northeast side of Indianapolis.
The successful candidate will have over 10 years of HR management experience, as well as a finance, management or human resources degree. A thorough knowledge of and experience in benefit administration is a must.
