Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in banking and finance,
Five years in banking and consumer lending experience,
Two-three years of supervisory/management experience,
Proven ability to sell and cross-sell Bank products and services,
Ability to manage Retail Sales Team to achieve threshold activity levels and performance goals,
Active involvement in community organizations,
Excellent supervisory, interpersonal, problem-solving, communication and customer service skills,
Proficiency with banking computer systems and related software.
Managing the sales and daily operation of the banking center in order to grow deposits and loans,
Implementing sales and promotional programs with creativity and energy so goals are achieved and quality standards are met or exceeded,
Overseeing the operational procedures of the banking center,
Leading the banking center efforts to refer opportunities to insurance, investment, commercial and mortgage groups,
Responsible for actively participating in community organizations,
Supervise all banking center functions to ensure that the proper quality of service is made available to customers in an efficient and courteous manner, so that funds acquisition and placement efforts are maximized.
