Vice President of Sales and Service

Responsibilities:  Under the supervision of EVP, Chief Banking Officer, responsible for developing sales and service goals, business plans, budgets and programs for Retail Banking to achieve the Bank's strategic objectives and branch profitability measurements; managing the end-to-end customer experience through all retail delivery channels to ensure the Bank exceeds customer expectations; implementing innovative sales and service programs to expand customer relationships; managing the selection, performance, promotion and coaching of banking center managers to ensure that the banking centers' sales, policies and procedures are being implemented; and providing challenging opportunities that enhance employee career growth as well as recognizing and rewarding employees for accomplishments.

Qualifications:  A well-qualified candidate for this position must have at least 5 - 10 years' experience in the banking/financial services industry; a successful track record of accomplishments during his or her career; experience as a Retail Branch Manager, Branch Administrator, District Sales Manager or a similar title.

A Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a major in business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience in banking and finance; an advanced degree would be a plus.
