Teller Supervisor/Senior Customer Service Representative

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to sell and cross-sell Bank products and services
  • Interest in participating in community organizations
  • Experience with banking computer systems and related software
  • Excellent supervisory, interpersonal, problem solving, communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Supervising and scheduling the operations of the personal banking services to ensure the efficient, knowledgeable and accurate processing of customer transactions
  • Deliver highly personal customer service
  • Coach staff to sell and cross-sell Bank products and services
