Ameriana Names Anita Turner Banking Center Manager

Greenfield, Ind. (June 18, 2009) - Deborah Robinson, Senior Vice President of Retail Banking and Chief Marketing Officer of Ameriana Bank, today announced that Anita Turner has been named Greenfield Banking Center Manager.

In this position, Turner will lead the banking center's growth initiatives in Greenfield, manage daily operations, as well as implement sales and service strategies to grow customer relationships.  In addition, she will be responsible for getting the staff of the Greenfield Banking Center actively involved in community organizations as well as working with business and civic leaders in the area.

"Anita is perfect for this position," said Robinson.  "As an Ameriana associate for the last three years, Anita has done a tremendous job in the banking center and is already active an active member of the Greenfield community."

Turner joined Ameriana as a customer service representative in 2005 and was most recently the Assistant Manager at Ameriana's Greenfield Banking Center, where she was responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships.  Turner is involved with the Set a Good Example Foundation, Leadership Hancock County where she won the Excellence in Leadership Award, and is a past ambassador for the Greenfield Chamber and a past volunteer for the Hancock County Heart Walk.
