Traveling?

Due to high incidents of fraud, debit card usage is blocked in certain areas of the country to protect our customers from unauthorized usage.  Following is a list of cities that are currently included, though they may change based on fraudulent activity.  If you, a friend or family member are traveling to these areas, please contact Customer Care at 1-800-487-2118 so they can place a temporary authorization on your card.  In Washington DC and Fredericksburg, VA your Check Card can be used at an ATM, but point of sale transactions will be declined.

Traveling abroad?

Your Check Card is welcomed wherever Visa^® is accepted, but to ensure convenient travel, please give us a call at 1-800-487-2118 before you go.  Currently, you can withdraw money at an ATM but not make point-of-sale transactions in Mexico, Italy, Turkey, United Kingdom, Philippines, St Kitts-Nevis and Azerbaijan.  In Spain, Nigeria, Russian Federation and Ukraine all transactions greater than or equal to $49.00 will be declined; and in Romania all transactions will be declined.
