Companies related by common ownership or control.  They can be financial and non-financial companies.  Ameriana bank's wholly-owned subsidiaries/affiliates are:

  • Ameriana Insurance Agency
  • Ameriana Financial Services (investment brokerage)
Ameriana Bank does not share your personal information with its subsidiaries/affiliates.
Nonaffiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control.  They can be financial and non-financial companies.  Ameriana Bank does not share your personal information with non-affiliates so they may market to you.
Joint marketing A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.  Ameriana Bank does not jointly market.
